Friends of Avila Pier (FOAP), Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization that was formed by volunteers from the Avila Beach and local community for the sole purpose of raising funds to preserve, renovate and maintain the Avila Pier. Our community has always shared a rich marine heritage and love for the ocean and a desire to preserve it for future generations.
